thanksgiving

i am happy to report; a successful turkey day with lots to be thankful for. thanks to all my friends who prepared a wonderful thanksgiving day dinner. (mexicans, russians, morracans, germans and americans) i am also thankful for having tough feet. i went to see my friend gisela after dinner and had to walk through a back alley, a garage and down some steps. it was dark and i remembered the steps going down in front of me... well... they went right and i went straight. down. about 4 feet. i went to put my flip flop back on and walked right out of it. tried again and did the same thing. i picked up my shoe and saw that i tore one side and the toe part right out of the shoe. so i took of the other shoe and walked the 20 minutes home through the dirt and mud. ha ha ha. time for a new pair of flip flops.
