i am grateful for little sophie coming up to me (1.5 years old) and giving me a hug like we were old, old friends.
AND i had an amazing conversation with joy about her 'love' and all our goings-on and our speed bump in our relationship, that i was able to apologize for my childish behavior that she had gotten over years ago... she is a dear friend that has brought JOY to my world since 1987. (middle school, high school, college, living together, divorces and friendship throughout). i am a better person because of her. thank you, joy. you do your name justice.
